Delivery and Costs

 

In light of the current circumstances, we are now providing standard delivery only within the UK at a cost of £3.75 or FREE when you spend £35. Approximate delivery times are 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, express and Saturday delivery are not available at the moment.

Some other things to know

 

– Orders over the weight of 2kg maybe subject to additional charges.
– Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

 

Additional Terms

 

  1. We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address in the United Kingdom that you specify during the checkout process. Please note that we do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside the United Kingdom if you order products from this Site.
  2. Delivery times referred to above are approximate only. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the relevant time period however we do not guarantee delivery within these periods.
  3.  We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances (including stock availability issues) all deliveries of products will be delivered within 30 days following the date on which we confirm our acceptance of your order.
  4. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
  5. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, a note will be left or a message sent to you informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
  6.  If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we will refund the price paid by you for the undelivered products using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
